This intensive workshop focuses on reflection, innovation, and decision-making. You will get to know us in an introductory interview before the workshop and can already access coaching support.

You will receive access to our e-learning knowledge base, which provides you with scientifically sound, and in some cases controversial, topics related to personnel management. You can bring your questions and challenges to the workshop and, together with the coaches and other participants, find your own individual solutions.
