Autumn Edition: Leadership Culture for Experienced Leaders
The autumn edition is a development program for experienced leaders who think entrepreneurially, act interprofessionally, and want to intensify peer consulting across departmental and company boundaries. Rather than simply imparting knowledge, the program aims to broaden perspectives and foster understanding of different viewpoints. Therefore, joint reflection and the development of strategy and tactics are central to the program.

Total program workload: 90 hours
The entire program lasts 12 weeks and consists of a mix of optional refresher courses in personnel management skills, practical workshops, peer consulting, and coaching. The multimedia e-learning knowledge base is available as an optional, scientifically sound reference work on all topics related to personnel management. Coaching and peer consulting are primarily conducted via our video conferencing platform, so you only need to schedule in-person sessions for the workshop days in your calendar.
