Care: INQA Coaching funding can help small and medium-sized care providers find innovative solutions
Challenges in the care sector
Skills shortage, time pressure, high sickness rates, high turnover, quality issues, too little time for training, physical and mental strain, reliance on agency staff, documentation requirements, rising costs — the technological and staffing challenges for care providers are many. Recruiting and retaining skilled staff are cross-sector challenges. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) often lack the resources to try out innovative ideas. The INQA Coaching funding programme offers SMEs

The INQA Coaching funding framework
Companies with fewer than 250 employees and annual turnover of at most €50 million can engage authorised coaches who, together with employees, run agile coaching projects according to the company's needs. Up to 12 coaching days within six months can be funded. Programme funds cover 80% of costs. What care providers say about INQA Coaching
